There will be a white tablecloth on the top of the table.
Each Mart table will include 10-square feet of open floor space (2 ½ feet by 4 feet) next to the table. If you need additional floor space for display, please rent an additional table and request that the space be held open (no table.)

The Holiday Inn Ballrooms are at street level and the Hotel entrance driveway is not far from the Ballroom entrances.
The Mart room will be open one hour early for sellers to set up their tables and one hour late for sellers to pack up.
Only the registered Mart dealer and one helper will be allowed in the Mart room during setup and load-out.
The Mart will be open for business for two full hours on Saturday after noon; no other convention activities are scheduled for this time.
AMICA, the 2004 Convention Committee and the Holiday Inn will not be responsible for loss of or damage to items brought for sale at the Mart. You are encouraged to have personal or business insurance coverage for valuable items displayed at the Mart.
There will be a Convention Committee staff member at the door to the Mart room to ensure that everyone who enters the Mart has a 2004 Convention badge.
Selling or trading during setup time is prohibited; selling or trading left over merchandise during load-out is encouraged.
Items exhibited or displayed for sale at the Mart must be related to self-playing musical instruments. Juke boxes, slot machines, etc. are not considered to be mechanical music devices. If you have any question about the suitability of an item for sale at the Mart, please clear it with the Convention Committee Chairman, Jere DeBacker, (by email, if possible) before bringing it to Denver.
A free bulletin board to advertise items related to mechanical music for SALE, WANTED or TRADE will be provided.
Mart sellers are responsible for compliance with sales tax collection.
